Busy!
Hello!
Well let´s get down to it. I just wanted to let you guys in on my last
week. Like I said last time we had a zone activity last Monday. We
just ate lunch together and played soem board games which was fun. We
then gave a doctrine on Wednesday about the Holy Ghost and the
importance of prayer and revelation. Everyone seemed to really have
liked it and I learned a ton about personal revelation. We then had a
division on Friday with one of our district leaders and his companion.
I stayed in the area with the junior companion who is one of the most
powerful missionaries here, he just faults desire to work. But I was
able to see how he has change already and how he his trying to work
before he goes home. We had a really cool activity on Saturday. It was
a talent show and my talent was having my teeth brushed by my
companion. We also started a new ward mission plan whcih will
hopefully bring lots of new refences and get the ward involved. Thanks
so much for all the letters and packages!

Conference!
Hey yall,
So I know it´s onyl been 5 days and not that much has happenend, but I
will give you the low down.
Thursday was our only real work day this week because Friday was a
division and Saturday and Sunday were conference. So that stunk. WE
were able to help a teenager be baptized after 3 years of wanting to.
We taught him and his aunt and uncle and after much prayer and effort
his mother finally let him be baptized which was awesome. This letter
is short, I´m so sorry. We had a zone lunch which ran long. Love you
all and really hope to get an email from you by next Monday because
now I can.

Moved
Oh heh!
So the big news for the week is that we finally moved from our bad
house to a good one. Weasked around and one member in the ward has a
friend who has a moving truck. And guess what, he did it for free! So
now we are in a pretty good sized apartment with a new fridge, a new
oven, a microwave, and a new washing machine! Booyah! It is so much
better!
This week we had a lot of meetings and a lot of divisions to animate
our zone and help them baptize.
It was graitifying this week to help other missionaries learn how they
can improve.
We will baptize Sunday and I am so excited for conference!
I am sure I will have many insights by next week!
Love you all!

P.S. It is now liberated for me to communicate by email with anyone
that does not live within mission boundaries. So I really hope to chat
and write many people I haven´t talked to in a while! Im usually on
Mondays roughly between 8 and 12.

California Power!
Hello Folks!
I am pretty pumped up and happy today. A bunch of cool things are
happening here in the area and a bunch of funny things as well.
We had two baptisms this week which was pretty sweet. And we hope to
have three more this week. Yeah! The work is great. We are working
close to the church and have a big teaching group. My new companion is
a Californian from Sacramento. We are besties already. We got free gym
membership as well so are getting ripped, very slowly.
So we had a bunch of funy contacts this week. One guy literally got
off the couch, took off his shirt, and then answered the door and said
he was taking a shower. Another one was with a kid and we asked if her
parents were at home. The parents shouted quite audibly, no just tell
them I am really busy.
We were eating at a members house and there was a little kid that was
watching a movie about Christmas. We asked what the film was about and
he said 创Papai Nohell.创 The correct way to say that would be Papai
Noel which would be Santa Claus or Father Christmas. But 创No创 means
in the. So it became 创Father in Hell创 and my comp and I just busted
up laughing.
Well thats all folks!

Perfect Week
Hello,
This week flew by and was one of the best weeks I have had thus far.
We had divisions pretty much every night and all of our investigators
are progressing. We passed the mission goal for people in sacrament
meeting and we have the wards support. We are going to do a super
funny talent show which I will be happy to send you photos of when it
happens.
My companion is going to be transferred to another zone and I will
stay here to hold down the fort. He was not to happy with that, and I
will be sad to see him go. But I am excited to get cracking with a new
comp.Who knows if he will go to the gym with me ^^
Through study and prayer, I have become so thoroughly convinced of the
Great Apostasy and the Restoration because of the abundance evidence
that can be found, the sense it makes, and the spiritual witness I
have received. I invite everyone of you to study the scriptures, to
here the story, and to pray and ask God if it is true. And you, like
me, can receive a spiritual confirmation.

Family Completed
Dear People,
I am feeling kind of tired right now so I hope you bear with my
probably lack of focus. We had a pretty good week this week and the
zone had a great week. We were able to baptize a youth whose family we
reactivated and do interviews for other missionaries in the zone. We
also recieved 20! references this week from the members. We are going
to be busy busy in the week that comes. I was on dvision 3 days this
week which really helped me to help others. I love sharing what I know
and learning from other Elders what I can work on. I also made cookies
for the baptism which everyone loved. Said they were they best any
Elder had done. Making my Mother proud. It rained in the house again
so a couple of pictures got glued together... that was fun. Also, I
dont have diabetes.

Busy, Busy
Sorry I didn´t write yall on Monday, I was in a leadership meeting and
did not have time. But I am writing now.
This last week was interesting and one of growth. We had the
opportunity to finally have a solid week of work in the area and the
results showed because of it. We were able to teach many people and
leave with many members. We had a two-member division like 3 or 4
times last week and were able to visit a bunch of people. My companion
knows how to teach extremely well and is very confident in his
abilities. We will baptize on Sunday! Woohoo! We reactivated a family
that had been sealed in the temple but went away from the church a
couple of years ago. We have helped bring them back to church and stop
working on Sundays and there son will be baptized at 4 with all his
member and non-member family in attendance.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to go on a division to an area that
is struggling in our zone. He stayed with the Senior companion there.
He had not been doing his contacts, lessons, or new investigators and
I went there to find out why. He knows how to work well and we were
able to mark 4 baptims, find 5 news, and mark 6 people for church in
the course of a couple of hours. I showed him why we need to work and
how we can do it. I love being able to help others realize their
potential.
We also had some interesting encounters. One person we marked to visit
tried to avoid us by turning her head and looking off into the horizon
when we saw her sitting in a chair in the front. We just stood there
looking at the same point to make it awkward. Then we taught her. All
the members think I have high blood pressure because of a faulty blood
test I did. So now we are eating like rabbits. That´s a good thing,
however, because I had some blockage problems recently. I haven´t been
drinking as much water as I should so things have been a little drier
to say the least. Then I started feeling a extreme pain in my stomach
after lunch so President order me to go to the Doctor. They did an
X-Ray and discovered that my large intestine was so stuffed up that I
had a gas pocket that couldn´t escape which was causing pressure. A
couple Lax and I was good to go.
I feel more and more each day the presence of God in my life and less
and less desire to sin and do anything contrary to his will. I know
that I am doing the work of the Lord and know that anyone can recieve
the same testimony I have. I love you all.
Come on really,
Elder Healy
